The real estate under Yoma strategy Holding Limited and Bet Myanmar Invesment was formed as YOMA Land.
“Our real estate business will set all together under the brand name called as YOMA Land. Customers can know more about clearly who leads real estate business and the projects,” Mr. Sairuspun, Managing Director of YOMA Land.
The real estate project such as PunHlaing Housing, Star City Condo and YOMA Central are included under the land of Myanmar and as for them, they are doing to build high-cost housing and low-cost housing, according to Mr. Pun.
He added that they will start to introduce low-cost housing project in the end of this year.
As for them, they will be handling systematically in the section of payment and fixes the housing value and the material quality which match with the payments value will be used in building in order to purchase for those who truly needs the house.
